The partnership marks SGH’s sixth acquisition this year.

Level Home Services, founded in 1972, serves central Maryland and most of Delaware. Current owners Bill and Cindy Brown took over the business from Cindy’s father more than two decades ago. It has an A-plus rating from the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and a 4.9 out of 5.0 rating on Google.

EB Design Air was founded in 1984 by Eric Buchalter, a 30-year veteran of the HVAC industry. In addition to its core HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services, the company prides itself on conducting energy audits and installing energy-conservation systems. EB Design Air also offers 24-hour emergency service and operates a full metal shop on-site to create custom-designed ductwork.
