Strikepoint Group Holdings (“SGH”), formerly known as Horizon Group Holdings, has announced the acquisition of Level Home Services, a trusted provider of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) and plumbing services in Havre de Grace, MD. The partnership marks SGH’s sixth acquisition this year.

Level Home Services, founded in 1972, serves central Maryland and most of Delaware. Current owners Bill and Cindy Brown took over the business from Cindy’s father more than two decades ago. It has an A-plus rating from the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and a 4.9 out of 5.0 rating on Google.
