Gary Obert has been at Horizon Services since 2014, serving in sales and operations for the company before being named COO. He has two decades of comprehensive operational and sales experience, working at Tupperware brands and Walt Disney World. He has a thorough knowledge of change, transformation and turnaround management in multiple industries. Bringing top talent together and leveraging strengths to inspire a team is Gary’s area of expertise and one of his true passions.
Ryan Fletemeyer became Horizon Services' Chief Financial Officer in 2019. Ryan worked as an Operating Partner for Sun Capital Partners and consulted on operational, strategic, and financial matters. He has over 20 years of experience in finance and operations and is responsible for the accounting, treasury, and finance functions at Horizon and brings his passion for performance improvement and excellence to the team.
Dan Ireton joined the Horizon Services team in 2023 after accumulating a successful track record in marketing leadership positions across financial services, consumer goods, and home improvement sectors. He has guided global and early-stage companies to develop innovative demand generation and eCommerce programs while empowering teams to be customer champions and drive lifecycle efforts at every touchpoint.
Scott Cook joined Horizon Services in 2018, after holding senior executive HR positions at Rentokil Initial, Aramark, and Day & Zimmerman. His extensive background in business leadership has made him a results-oriented team player with a solid business acumen, strong interpersonal skills, high trust level, passion, and energy. He is responsible for developing initiatives that attract, retain, develop, and reward a diverse high-performing workforce.
Sam Rogers became a part of the Horizon Services team in 2020 after accumulating 22 years’ experience in senior Information Technology (IT) positions in the hospitality industry. His job is to apply his technology skills and strategic planning expertise to tailor the right technology for each application. His global experience working on four different continents has helped him develop exceptional people skills and the ability to think outside the box.
Gil Lee has headed Horizon Services’ mergers and acquisition strategy since 2020. Prior to joining the company, he held similar positions at Alliance Holdings and Aramark. In his role, Gil is responsible for identifying local and regional plumbing and HVAC companies who would be a good fit with the Horizon Services organization.

Kari Rajaniemi began his Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Customer Service role at Horizon Services in September 2020 after holding senior-level marketing and strategy positions at home services market leaders TruGreen and ADT Security Services. His professional career includes brand, direct and digital marketing responsibilities, new product and service launches and the successful integration of dozens of acquisitions. Kari began his professional career in field marketing with PepsiCo.
