Horizon Group Holdings (“HGH”), a national leading home services company, announced the acquisition of Maitz Home Services (“Maitz”) in Allentown, PA. Maitz marks the fourth acquisition for HGH over the last twelve months.

In 1964, Charles Maitz founded his residential plumbing and heating brand to serve his Lehigh Valley neighbors. In 1990, Dave DeWalt assumed ownership of the locally renowned brand. Under DeWalt’s leadership, Maitz continued to grow its reputation for heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical service excellence. Today, Maitz leads by example through exceptional customer care, on-time service, and a commitment to completing jobs correctly and in a timely fashion the first time.
