Horizon Group Holdings (“HGH”) has announced the acquisition of 4 Service Pros, a trusted provider of heating, cooling, and whole home comfort in northern Virginia. The partnership marks HGH’s seventh acquisition in the last twelve months.

4 Service Pros was founded in 2000 by Greg Schick, who is now the company president. Schick has four decades of experience in the trades and earned master’s licenses in building, electrical, plumbing, heating and air conditioning, natural gas and propane LP gas. His brother Mike, an electrician for 38 years, is Electrical Manager at the firm and his wife Debbie heads the accounting operation.
