Strikepoint Group Holdings (“SGH”), formerly known as Horizon Group Holdings, proudly announces the acquisition of Solvit Home Services, a highly regarded heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical company in Plainville, CT. The partnership marks SGH’s seventh acquisition this year.

Owner Scott Bilodeau was the first technician in the truck when Solvit started serving Fairfield, Hartford, Litchfield, Middlesex, and New Haven in 2000. Through Solvit’s own portfolio of acquisitions, Bilodeau dates Solvit’s service to those communities back even further, to 1928.

Solvit prides itself on offering customers a “one-stop shop” for home services, incorporating plumbing; heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC); electrical, indoor air quality (IAQ), water quality, and energy solutions. The company is accredited as a building science professional by the Building Performance Institute (BPI).
