Strikepoint Group Holdings (“SGH”), formerly known as Horizon Group Holdings, is purchasing Massachusetts contractor Nicholson Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning, its 17th acquisition in the last 18 months.

Owner and company president Mike Nicholson founded the company in 2009. Nicholson serves the Framingham, MA area west of Boston, including Middlesex, Worcester and Norfolk counties and the communities of Ashland, Franklin, Holliston, Hopkinton, Marlborough, Medfield, Medway, Natick, Needham, Southborough, Sudbury, and Wellesley.

Nicholson prides itself on customer service, earning an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the Angie’s List Super Service Award.

“We work around the clock,” Nicholson said in a recent interview. “Our profession requires we serve our customers immediately, and plumbing, heating, and cooling issues don’t just occur nine to five. Therefore we are at their service 24/7, 365 days a year.”
