ADT announces executive leadership changes - ADT

Ken Porpora, CEO

Ken Porpora (CEO) was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Horizon Services in January of 2024 after more than 25 years at ADT, the leading provider of security, interactive and smart home solutions in the United States, where he most recently served as EVP and Chief Financial Officer. As CFO, Ken led all corporate and operating finance functions, investor relations, corporate communications and ESG, supporting ADT’s overall performance. Prior to this role, he served in a number of commercial, operating and finance roles at ADT, including SVP and Chief Growth Officer and President of the company’s North American business unit, where he drove significant growth and bottom-line improvements. Ken helped lead taking ADT private, via an accretive sale to private equity, and ultimately took the company public again via IPO.

Dan Ireton Chief Marketing Officer

Dan Ireton joined the Horizon Services team in 2023 after accumulating a successful track record in marketing leadership positions across financial services, consumer goods, and home improvement sectors. He has guided global and early-stage companies to develop innovative demand generation and eCommerce programs while empowering teams to be customer champions and drive lifecycle efforts at every touchpoint. in field marketing with PepsiCo.

Patrick McKeown Chief People Officer

Patrick McKeown joined Horizon Group Holding in 2021 and was appointed Chief People Officer in September 2024. Patrick serves as a trusted advisor, collaborating with senior leaders to generate value by aligning HR strategies with desired business outcomes. With over 15 years of experience working in people-focused businesses, his previous experience encompasses leadership roles in HR Business Partnering, Talent Management & Acquisition, HR Operations, and Total Rewards, ensuring comprehensive solutions that attract, develop, engage, and retain top talent across all levels. Prior to joining Horizon, Patrick has held HR leadership roles at Aramark and Rentokil-Terminix.

Kyle Galarneau Chief of Staff

Kyle Galarneau joined the Horizon Group Holding team in 2024 with 11 years of experience working in both the defense industry and management consulting. In the Chief of Staff role, Kyle’s primary focus is driving value creation initiatives across the organization. In his most recent experience prior to Horizon, Kyle was a Project Leader at The Boston Consulting Group where he focused on strategy and operations topics across a variety of industries including retail, CPG, and industrial goods. Prior to this role, Kyle served in the US Navy for eight years as a Naval Flight Officer.
