Ken Porpora, CEO

Ken Porpora (CEO) was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Horizon Services in January of 2024 after more than 25 years at ADT, the leading provider of security, interactive and smart home solutions in the United States, where he most recently served as EVP and Chief Financial Officer. As CFO, Ken led all corporate and operating finance functions, investor relations, corporate communications and ESG, supporting ADT’s overall performance. Prior to this role, he served in a number of commercial, operating and finance roles at ADT, including SVP and Chief Growth Officer and President of the company’s North American business unit, where he drove significant growth and bottom-line improvements. Ken helped lead taking ADT private, via an accretive sale to private equity, and ultimately took the company public again via IPO.

Dallin Anderson is a senior executive whose career spans two decades at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and high-growth business operations. As Chief Operating Officer and Chief Revenue Officer of Horizon Group Holding, Anderson brings to the company a proven record of scaling commercial operations, driving revenue growth, and building the organizational capabilities that underpin sustained performance across complex, multi-market businesses. His mandate encompasses operational leadership and revenue strategy across Horizon's portfolio of residential service brands.
 
Before joining Horizon, Anderson served as Chief Marketing Officer and General Manager of Inside Sales at Vivint, one of North America's leading smart home technology companies, where he oversaw customer acquisition strategy, brand marketing, and a team of more than 500 salespeople, marketers, and analysts. Under his leadership, Vivint diversified its revenue base while simultaneously reducing customer acquisition costs — a combination recognized as foundational to the company's growth trajectory. Prior to Vivint, he held the role of Director of Business Development at Attack Pattern and spent eight years as a strategic analyst at Intel Corporation and The Boston Consulting Group, honing his expertise in competitive strategy, market analysis, and organizational transformation.
 
Anderson holds a Master of Business Administration from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a Bachelor of Science from Brigham Young University.
John Souther is a senior technology and strategy executive with more than fifteen years of experience leading digital transformation, innovation, and commercial growth. As Chief Information Officer of Horizon Group Holding, he leads the company’s technology strategy and digital capabilities across its portfolio of residential service brands, with a focus on building scalable systems, high-performing teams, and modern operating models that help the business grow and compete in an increasingly digital market.
 
John brings a distinctive blend of corporate leadership and strategy consulting experience, with a track record of translating business ambition into technology-enabled execution. His work spans digital growth, enterprise transformation, data and analytics, customer experience, and organizational capability building across complex, multi-site businesses.
 
Prior to joining Horizon, John served as Executive Director of Digital Growth and Strategy at Carrier Global Corporation, a global leader in HVAC, refrigeration, fire, and security solutions. At Carrier, he helped shape the company’s global digital strategy following its emergence as a standalone public company in 2020 and led the Digital Sales and Service Center of Excellence, a cross-functional initiative that strengthened collaboration and accelerated digital talent development across global business units.
 
Earlier in his career, John was a Director at Strategy&, PwC’s global strategy consulting business, where he advised organizations on digital strategy, new product revenue growth, and global business services models.
 
John holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. He has been featured in industry podcasts and publications and was named a finalist in the 2023 Chief Learning Officer Learning in Practice Awards for his work building digital culture and capability at Carrier.
Dan Ireton is an accomplished marketing executive with more than 25 years of experience building and leading high-performance marketing organizations across consumer products, financial services, home services, and technology sectors. As Chief Marketing Officer of Horizon Group Holding, Ireton provides executive leadership over the company's marketing strategy and operations, encompassing the full spectrum of marketing functions from brand and demand generation to digital strategy and market intelligence. His mandate is both strategic and growth-oriented: expanding customer demand and lead volume, driving revenue growth, shaping market positioning across Horizon's portfolio of residential service brands, and influencing company strategy at the highest level.
 
Ireton's career reflects a progressive record of translating marketing into measurable business outcomes across demanding environments. Before joining Horizon Group Holding, he held senior marketing leadership roles at Leaf Home Solutions, one of the nation's largest home improvement companies, and Vitamix, the premium blending and culinary technology brand, where he built and led high-performing marketing organizations and developed deep expertise in digital marketing, brand strategy, go-to-market planning, and marketing technology. He has also held marketing leadership roles at Equity Trust Company and Electronic Merchant Systems, further broadening his command of demand generation and customer acquisition across diverse industries.
 

 

Ireton holds a Bachelor of Science in Visual Communication Technology from Bowling Green State University, a foundation that informs his instinctive understanding of how creative expression and data-driven strategy intersect.
Elise Doyle is a senior human resources executive whose career has been defined by a commitment to building high-performing, purpose-driven organizations through strategic talent management, cultural development, and operational excellence. As Chief Human Resources Officer of Horizon Group Holding, Doyle leads the full spectrum of HR strategy across a geographically distributed workforce spanning Horizon's portfolio of residential service brands — encompassing talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational culture. Her work is central to Horizon's ability to attract, develop, and retain the professionals who deliver its promise of best-in-class service to customers across more than 30 markets.
 
Doyle's path to the C-suite reflects a steady progression through increasingly consequential HR leadership roles. Prior to Horizon, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Arctic Glacier Premium Ice, North America's leading manufacturer and direct-to-store distributor of premium packaged ice, where she led HR strategy across a complex, multi-facility operation spanning the United States and Canada. Before that, she spent seven years at SDI, Inc., a leading provider of outsourced supply chain and MRO management solutions, rising from Vice President of Human Resources to Senior Vice President, driving significant cultural growth across operations in the United States, Mexico, and Canada. Earlier in her career, she held HR leadership roles at ARAMARK and Independence Blue Cross, accumulating over seventeen years of experience across healthcare, food services, and business services industries.
 
Doyle holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Corporate Communications from Temple University. Her breadth of industry experience and her track record of elevating HR as a strategic lever for organizational growth make her a distinguished leader in talent strategy for complex, multi-site operations.
Kyle Galarneau brings to his role a distinctive combination of military discipline, analytical rigor, and strategic management experience. As Chief of Staff of Horizon Group Holding, Kyle works at the center of the company’s executive leadership team, helping align priorities, accelerate decision-making, and translate strategic initiatives into coordinated action across the organization.
 
Kyle’s leadership approach was shaped by his graduation from the U.S. Naval Academy and eight years of service as a Naval Flight Officer in the United States Navy, where he developed a strong foundation in high-stakes decision-making, team leadership, and operational execution under pressure. Those experiences continue to inform his work in a fast-moving, high-growth business environment, where clarity, accountability, and disciplined execution are essential.
 
Following his military service, Kyle earned his MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, where he focused on business strategy and data analytics. After completing his MBA, he worked at Boston Consulting Group, advising senior executives on complex strategic, operational, and organizational challenges.
 
Kyle’s career reflects a leadership journey defined by accountability, adaptability, and a commitment to developing people and organizations. He brings to Horizon the analytical rigor of consulting, the operational credibility of military leadership, and a practical, collaborative approach to helping teams execute against their most important priorities.
